Hi,

I am travelling by Avadh Express (Train no-19038) today i.e. 25.02.2011 from Gorakhpur to Vadodara. The PNR No is 241-5570520. I am travelling with my wife, younger brother, Sister & 3 kids in 3rd AC.

The complaint i would like to make is about the rats roaming aroung in the entire boggie. We are so afraid that any one of us has to wake up and take care of kids to prevent them from rodent bites. we are afraid about our luggage as well & have to check regularly that luggage is not damageb by rodents.

Pl. register my complaint & refund my ticket amount as travelling by this train has given us only discomfort & tension.

Pl. refund my ticket amount & take care in furture befor departure of the train from originating station.
