I hve purchased kenster food processer from bigbazar lido on 25.12.10 ,packing of the product was not done after the bill creless attitude of the employee. after some time name and address was collected for demo with contact number.even after three days no demo person was sent ,when i called back and asked no sir we did not write the product name ,we could not send any body this was the response.when again I called same answer give your details will check so lethargic attitude of the people working in custome care at lido now no body is lifting my phone hope you will take necessary actions for the same
