Naaptol - I am not satisfied with Blackberry 8830 bought from Naaptol

Respected Madam,

I bought a Blackberry 8830 from Naaptol on 21st Feb 2011. I started using it on 22nd Feb 2011 however following are the discrepency observed after purchasing this handset.

1. Handset is Blackberry 8830 however the booklet in the box is for Blackberry Pearl.
2. Handsfree are not original Blackberry.
3. USB is made in China
4. The phone sometimes rings sometimes it doesnot.
5. Whenever I try to play media files It gives me an error "device media processor is busy"

FYI: I have called almost 6-7 times to customer care. They told that someone will get back to me in 48 hrs, In vain nobody has turned back.

Looking at the Naaptol as I a trusted way to buy products. Kindly refund my money back asap.

I support this complaint...Hey Ashfaq..Go to Options than select Mobile Network, here you will find option to select GSM.
