Airtel Delhi - I am not satisfied with airtel

I HAVE GOT A BILL FOR MY AIRTEL MOBILE AS HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR BOTH 2G & 3G WHEREAS I HAVE ONLY ACTIVATED 2G IN IT AND FOR 10 DAYS I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 5,687.72 WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY TOOK A COMPLAIN REGARDING THE SAME & TOLD ME THAT MY BILL WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY 1400 WHEREAS MY BILL SHOULD BE 978.41 PLUS SERVICE TAX @ 12.36% WHICH SHOULDN'T BE 1400 WHICH AIRTEL IS NOT EXCEPTING NOW SO I NEED HELP IN THIS CASE . MY PHONE NUMBER IS ********44 BUT COULDN'T ATTACH IT , IT IS FOR THE MONTH OF MAY 2012
