This is regarding my recharge problem in Airtel number ( ********89),, i am not able to recharge my number through dealers ( E- RECHARGE) . this is facing last 6 months,in starting i was follow up with custmer care ( 121 ) last six month , they always forward my complain regarding my recharge prblem as per telephonic conversation, after launching complain from cust care side , i usd to got call from cust care " sir your prblem has been resolve " and you can rechrge ur numbr , but still not able to recharge , and i also got information cust care side sir you can contact our nodel officer and send to mail regarding your prblm,, you will get defntly resove,, after still i am follow up with nodel officer, with below mail id appellate@airtel.in;Nodalofficer.del@airtel.in;121@airtelindia.com. but they are not solving my prblm,, they just saying we are forwarding ur prbs in concern department, i have launched first complain thrugh mail on date of 16 Nov , and got the confirmation ur complain has been registered, from 16 Nov till date i hve fowarded complain but not got resolution from airtel, abt my last complain was registerd on date of 28 dec 5:24pm, please find below mentioned recently complain number which i got from airtel custmor care

i m ajay setia from abohar punjab. My mob no is ********33. Mere mob par airtel ke notifications ate rehte ha mene kai bar (121) or (198)custmer care ko call ki par not rply. Ar is wajah se kai bar galati se batan dab jane se pese kat jate ha. As esi services lag jati ha jo kisi kam ki nai. Aj 16.12.12 rat 9:35 or 40 par fir se 30 rupae kat liye ha. Pls salution this problem and refund my money.
