Indian Railways - I AM NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY

ON 11/05/2011 I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET AT BAGALORE RLY STN FOR JOURNEY ON 20-05-2011 FROM HASSAN TO BANGALORE ON TRAIN NO. 16518, YESVANTPUR EXP. THE PNR OF THE TICKET IS -422-9012863 AND TICKET NO IS 48946362 (03 PASSENGERS + 01 CHILD). HOWEVER, DUE TO PERSONNEL PROBLEMS I HAVE NOT TRAVELED ON THAT DATE. ON THE NEXT DATE ie on 21-05-2011, I WENT TO THE BANGALORE RLY STATION FOR CANCELING THE TICKET. THE EMPLOYEE AT THE TICKET COUNTER TOLD ME THAT THE NAME OF THE PERSONS TRAVELED AND NOT TRAVELED WAS NOT AVAILABLE/OBTAINED, HENCE YOU SHOULD WAIT FOR A WEEK. AFTER THAT I WENT TO MY DUTY PLACE AT VISAKHAPATNAM. HERE ALSO I TRIED TO CANCEL THE TICKET WEEK AFTER WEEK. LASTLY I VISITED THE RLY STATION OF VISAKHAPATNAM ON 14/06/2011, THE TICKET COUNTER DIRECTED ME AT THE OFFICE LOCATED AT ROOM NO.10, THERE ALSO THEY TOLD THAT HOW THE TDR CAN BE ISSUED, THE TTE WAS NOT FEED THE LIST HENCE WE CANNOT REFUND. I AM WONDERING ALMOST ONE MONTH WAS LAPSED WHY THE RAILWAY AUTHORITIES WAS NOT CANCELING/REFUNDING MY TICKET AMOUNT. HENCE I FORCED TO MAKE THIS COMPLAINT. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST AND NECESSARY ACTION MAY PLEASE BE MADE AT THE EARLIEST FOR REFUNDING OF MY MONEY PLEASE.
