Naaptol - I am not getting the refund

I brought a blackberry storm 9530 in May,but it was a defective piece.the motherboard was not working and the memory card could not be read.I returned the product and asked for refund clearly..I hv contacted the customer service innumerable times but did not get the refund til date.every time I get a new excuse from them.your service is pathetic.
