Sir.

I am Shivagouda from Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited( A TATA Enterprises) From last 18 months we are using your Gift Vouches for Reward and Recognisation of our employees for improvemnts they do.Every one like Big Bazaar so they have all in one.

Our monthly requirement is approximately 1 lac of 500 Denomination.
But from Feb and March i am unable to give R&R because of No positive responce form BB representeatives.
Till date i am unable to receive Performa innovice on your letter head.Kindly help in this regard

I am waiting for your reply or call.

Dear iComplaints.in Team.

I have received the service on 17th April at 4.0PM.

BB representative Mr. Rajesh Talreja callede me and explained the problem they have with the new systems they introduced. Assured smooth service as earlier (with alternative Performa invoice on their letter head)

So the matter is resolved

They assigned the Key Contact Persons also.
