This is Souvick Ghosh from Howrah,West Bengal.
My pc has Windows XP SP2 Operating System.I have been using BSNL EVDO connection for last 1 year or so.
However,I can never avail the EVDO service(which promises high speeds).Instead it is the 1X connection at much lower speed.
To make it worse,since 26th of June,I suddenly find that the device is failing to connect to the internet.The interface is showing only EVDO network.Everytime I try connecting using the \"Connect\" option,an error is displayed mentioning that it cannot connect to the remote server.
The 1X network is not showing up too.
In short,I am left with no options of connecting to the internet.
BSNL\'s customer care lines are not responding and the response from local office has been far from friendly.
