Croma Retail - I am frustrated with CROMA service

I have purchased LCD TV in 24 October 2010 from CROMA, Kothrud, Pune (Giridhar Avenue). My bill no is 114-21942. The product is under warranty. I do have extended warranty also. TV remote is not working. After lodging complaint one executive came to my home to address the complaint. He assured regarding replacement of faulty remote with new one. After that, I am hearing irresponsible answers from CROMA customer service. I have also lodged the complaint on CROMA retail portal but no response. I am frustrated of the service I am getting from CROMA.
