Naaptol - i am fedup with dialing with your customer for a refund to your fraud cell phone

i had placed an order for a full touch mobile phone on 15th July 2011 for Rs 3198. Order no 2067876.

When i purchased the cellphone, it was not getting charged fully and was becoming very hot, so i purchased a new Li-ion Battery for Rs 400 and that problem was taken care of.

After just 1 day of using it, it fell down for the 1st time from just 3 feet and it stopped working. We have so many other cell phones which has fallen so many times but keep working. And if in case in just 1 drop it has developed a physical damage, then IT IS A SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT THAT YOUR FIRM IS MARKETING.

i have called naaptol atleast 15 times but they are all rude people and say that the money cannot be refunded and even laugh at me for complaining.

i was told to go to a place in mulund for getting it checked or repaired and after wasting full 1 day, there is no such place and my husband was fooled. When he called up to speak to the CEO nobody transfer the line and bangs the Tel no. Evne the email ids on their website bounces back.

So Naaptol is a fraud company marketing fraud products and making fools of all the customers.

Nobody should buy anything from naaptol.
