Hi, My name is Nandita Chettri and was very happily using Airtel Broadband services since May 2007.However, end of July this year, since we shifted our residence from Safdarjung Enclave to Jeevan Park, Uttam Nagar, I requested for a location change for my broadband connectionm. This was done on 27-July 09. I was promised a call back on this regard, however, I didnt get a call until August 1st week, when someone from Airtel Customer Service told me that they cannot do so. Then I requested for a cancellation.I was then advised that someone from Cancellation team will contact me in this regard. I didnt get any call, and I had called CS fr more than 10 times in this gap. I gt a call around end of August frm them and they advised, cancellation was cnfrmed. Now I will get a final call. All this while, I cnstantly said that my phn is not reachable mon-friday..8am to 4pm. Now, after 2 mnths, without any calls frm Airtel, I see that my credit card has been charged fr chrges of various amnts frm Airtel in Aug and Sep.
11/08/09-Rs.1167.00
11/09/09-Rs711.00 and
24/09/09-Rs.718.00.
I called Airtel after this and was again advised I will recv a resolution and will eb credited these unauthorized payments, however, havent gt any response till now.Last TAT was 17-Oct-09.

Complainant's Goal: I want my autodebited payments credited to my credit card.
