BSNL Limited - I am ashamed to be a bsnl customer

I recharged my mobile with two booster cards before two days from the BSNL Customer Service Centre in Coimbatore. My card was not activated till today. I raised a complaint in Customer Service Centre and waited for three days. No proper response has been received from the particular department. Finally, I lost my temper and i shouted. Only after that i was provided with a telephone number. I just made a call to that particular number. I received a beautiful answer that only the employees of BSNL should call to that particular number not the customers.

Atlast i got a solution for my issue that i should not use the booster card of the same group at a time. No intimation is provided by the employee who works in the particular section, that i should not use it. Is this fair for your department to place an employee without knowledge of the product. If this continues u will loss all your customers in a short period.
