I had opened the account in CitiBank, Akola Branch in December 2012. While opening the account all formalities were done . I was having mu Huf Pan card in which Surname Bang was not written. While opening the account The Branch Manager requested to change the Pan card in which there should be Bang Written and accordingly Branch Manager applied on line for revised Pan Card which was issued and then account was opened.Now after almost after 21 months the bank had put mu account in no credit status stating that the of incorporation on Pan card is incorrect. When I was having an investment in Mutual fund through them they never objected that DOI is incorrect and when I sold the Mutual fund they started me harassment. I had submitted all the documents while opening the account. Now they are saying Huf declaration was not submitted which is totally false. I had reminded bank for seven times wide dated 05/8/2014,11/08/2014,14/08/2014,20/08/2014,23/08/2014 ,03/09/2014 and 09/09/2014 along with telephonic discussions dated 21/08/2014 for 21 mins,27/08/2014 for 8.15 min and 03/09/2014 for 10.03 min. All the time bank is killing the time that it will be resolve in 2-3 working days since last 1.5 months. I am also having the call recording facility with me in which Branch Manager had excepted that the Huf declaration was submitted while opening the account. Since I am 72 years senior citizen with High B.P, Diabetic and Heart Problem they all are unnecessary harassing me. Request to solve the issue at the earliest else I will have to go to Consumer Court along with Complaint to Banking Ombudsman for necessary relief.
