Naaptol - HARRASSING BY NAAPTOL

I had ordered a SMART QWERTY dual sim mobile Via order no 1007074 20.11.10 which was received at my end by COD on 26.11.10 ,whereas when i opened the courier to my surprise found a wrong mobile as BLACKCHERRY MOBILE. I have sent back the mobile for replacment on 27.11.10 to their requested address. I have made almost 15-20 calls to the customer support and they did not have any clearcut idea about when the item is going to be sent, every time will get a reply "your item will reach you within 7-10 working days." It has been almost a month now, still according to naaptol 7-10 working days yet to come. Feel quite irritated with the attitude and the reasponsbility they have shown towards the customers.

After facing these problem I complained to Naaptol executive's but nobody has get back to us..

With all aforesaid points I request to take an action on such sites who have and can do injustice to buyers.

This is absolute cheating by Naaptol and I request that prompt action should be taken so that such things against ordinary people like me should not happen in future.

I would like to have my mobile which I have ordered of my hard earned money.
to gift somebody .I am looking forward to hear from you.
