Recently on 4th oct 09, I had been harassed by 2 non ticket holders in AC 2 compartment in Jodhpur- Howrah express (train no.2308)which I boarded from Jodhpur. My PNR no..2********5 and the coach no. is A1 with seat nos. are 13,15,29,30 and 41.During the journey between Mughalsarai and Gaya , 2 persons without any ticket captured my seats at 10.15 pm and refused to vacate saying that they will get down at Gaya and till then they will sit on my reserved seats. I had a long verbal battle with them and asked them to vacate my seats ( 29.30) but it ended up with my fighting with them. They beat me up and broke my wrist watch and also abused me in slang language in front of other passengers and my family members. Later they got down at Gaya stn. The TT who was there, stood as a spectator ( name U.S.Singh) and did nothing for our safety. Later all the other passengers protested around the TT , U.S.Singh and I got my complain lodged in his complain register, the complain no..571500.
