Vodafone Delhi - Harassment by the company

Hi
My Name is Kunal Pahwa & My Number is ********85. My Balance(Rs 15) has been automatic deducted without my permission even though I have not excercise any option as on 29/05/2011. I tried to sought out that issue at the Customer care level but their executives had disappoint me with there irresponsible & rude behaviour. I have been Vodafone's customer for last 3 yrs. When I ask their executives to refund my deducted balance they do not cooperate & even many times deduct my call on the plea that they were transferring my call to their senior that also disappoint me.
I hereby request you to take immediate action in this regard so that I can get my money back which has been deducted by the company without my permission.
