Mental harassement by Barclay Bank as I have Barclay card No.- 4339 5111 2977 9054 and paid all bills in time except one which was paid with penalty Rs.-943/- on 04.3.2010 but they are still sending SMS and asking 5034.98 and blocked my card. I told to customer care staff who always say you have to pay and this amt is being increased with imposing penalty when I said I have already paid all the dues and howmany times you will take penalty he said why you are complaining so late. I want to tell you that phone number written on card has been closed and on sms no number for contacting customer care has been displayed. Sir, this Barclay bank is cheating its customer and made it very tough to use credit card, I am so much afraid with credit card system that I am withdrawing all the card and also suggesting all my friends not to take any credit card. The compny will define oneday bother you and no one will listen your problem.
