My name is Vadi, I have bought Blackberry Tour 9630 With 3G from naaptol, there is some issue regading net in that. so i contacted to naaptol customer care on ********48. They have taken may compaint instantly and said to send back the product to there warehouse. and also said that i will get my refund with 21 working days, but i got my Refund in only 15 days.

Again i booked new order for the same and i got the product , it's working amazing.

In future Whenerver i feel to do online sjoping my 1st option will be NAAPTOL.
