Hi Team im Saurabh from Mumbai & I had booked Blackberry mobile from Naaptol online Shopping.Its my first online shopping.when i opened it that time I haven't received battery with product & without battery this mobile was nothing for me.I called to naaptol customer care executive & he had informed that you will get your missing product within 7-10 working days.

But Its very good service which I got it within a week & this mobile also working in well condition.
