Dear Sir,
Kindly refer the attached mails; I like to draw your attention towards my grievances for post sales services rendered by Kent.
1. I own the Kent Pearl RO since last 1.5 year and posted at Bharatpur, Rajasthan.. I started facing problem in RO 3 months back. Since then I am after service centers to rectify the problem.
2. Your involved initiative made a technician from Kent Mr. prateek to visit home and to check RO. In first meeting he conveyed it to be the problem of pump/Motor, which he rectified and charged from me. Then in next meeting he conveyed it to be the problem of filters which he replaced and charged from me.
3. Again, within two days of replacing filter I encountered the problem. And I am after Mr. prateek since last one month to check RO but with no positive response. The same is communicated to Mr. Rahul from kent-Rajasthan but again with no result.
4. I have to purchase the water from market and my RO is idle since last one month. It is quite depressing and frustrating that spending so much on an RO is not bringing us the water. Moreover, Kent after sales is not supporting to address and resolve the issues.
I am writing this mail in hope that you will address the problem and will rectify my/Kent RO at the earliest.
