I placed an with bagittoday.com vide Order No.999551676 dated 02 N0v 2010, My Order was sent to me after 3- months of time after so many complaints!
Though the order was delivered after 2-3 months delay my free gift was not
sent to me as proposed in the deal, apart from that my welcome gift was also not sent to me as promised in the deal!
I contacted the the Customer care where I was asked claim at gift redemption with the
Unique Number provided!I tried that also, but found that Unique Number was not working!
This is not first time for me to happen like this, The scheme is like this:
bagittoday.com advertise saying that free gift with order is so and so, but they don't send the gift at all! When the Customer contacts and asks for the same they say that an Unique Number is provided with Invoice with which the Gift has to be claimed, again when some tries with the code for claiming the Gift that does not work! Again the Customer tries to contact the Customer care but that wont be of any use further, only a complaint can be taken!
This is how they wait for a period of one month to be over from the Invoice date and when contacted again they SIMPLY say that the time period (30 days) is over for claiming the Gift!
One more Problem with bagittoday is when someone orders with credit card they delay in delivering the Item as much as can, and when ordered by Cash On Delivery the Item will be delivered in a weeks time!
Thats how they deal!
So People trying to shop with bagittoday be Cautious not to become a victim
