On 6th April 2014 an amount of 4000.00 INR was fraudently withdrawn from my bank account(5229818227), i wasn't even sent a confirmaiton text which i usually get on every transaction. After this incident i doubt my financial security with citibank. Just because of this i had to take a half day off from work to file a police complaint. I'm not at all happy with their services.
