Hi
Following is the excuses the company is giving for not delivering the item which was supposed to be deliver on 26th Nov 2010(see attached). I seriously doubt about the credential claim by this company. They appear to be an fraud organization please investigate and if possible refund of my amount.

hello friend i am from west bengal i wanted to tell you that don't order any product from 20north.com they are really a cheater fraud i have been order a exercise equipment one year will gone it will not come yet their manager peadip malur told many false statements your product blocked by the us custom officials etc that are lame excuse don't hesitate to contact me ********39.
