Two months back I put an order for Aldo Handheld Bag worth 2k from 20north. It was a duty free gift and ordered for my friend. After 15 days from placing the order I called up customer care to check the status. They informed that the order is shipped from US and currently held at customs and will take 8-10 days to deliver. I waited for 10 more days but nothing happened, I registered my complaint and asked them to deliver it ASAP or refund the amount. Than got a reply that they require declaration and authorization from the recipient of a gift along with ID proof number than only they would be able to get it clear from customs. Details are provided and finally the gift delivered. Thanks to all who ever had helped in getting the issue resolved.
