Hello there,
I had booked 2 tickets from Ghaziabad to Kanpur for my parents, but when they reached station, train was late by 12 hours so they caught another train, I filed TDR to refund money mentioning the reason that "Train was late for more than 3 hours". Now after many follow ups with IRCTC customer care, I see status as regretted and no money is refunded, there is no reason given for this.
Please help me in getting my money back and please punish the officers who do these kind of irresponsible work of not refunding money in time.
