I have also face this types of phone call. Swati bhosle aur parmod,. keh rahe hai apko 10 lac ka loan de rahe hai 0% intrest se against policy which is 1st installment of your sanction loan amount . Usne kaha 2 cheque aur document bus se bhej de 1 cheque cancelled aur 1 cheque Hdfc insurance k naam se.
Maine kaha mai apne CA discuss kr ke batata hoon..
Lekin yaha mujhe pata chala k ye sab fraud hai.

Today i have received call from this number ********23. Caller name was priya jain. She was giving me loan of 4 lakh on the basis of life insurance policy but i have to make payment of 40000/- for yearly premium for same policy . After that i will get the loan amount. Service will be provided from delhi office but our hO is in Mumbai- she said. When i asked about address of office she denied. I thin k some gang is working on new way to lure customer for buying LI policy in which they get hefty commission. i am going to complain in consumer forum. Beware all .........................

I received a call today from 096677 53157 from Neha, they lured me by offering 0% interest and 0% processing fees. I asked to send the details over email to which received an email from anil.bajaj@financier.com giving me the detailed description in some poor english. It was a trigger for me to raise an alarm as the domain appeared phishy and the sign off too was not from Bajaj Finserv. I reverted to the email with below queries:-

1. The cheque of 57+ thousand rupees to be drawn in favour of BAJAJ FINANCE LIMITED?

2. Would I get a copy of Insurance Policy?

3. Between whom the agreement will be, Me and?

4. The EMI's would be favaoured to whom?

5. Are you actual representative of Bajaj finserv or a DSA. As the email which I received is not from Actual Bajaj Domain and from some financier.com, which appears to be gloomy?

6. Can you provide the details of account holder so I can try to transfer the amount directly and where is your office or branch located so I can visit personally.

7. As 57,000 is big amount, Can you apply for a loan of 12,00,000 in total and deduct the premium amount from the same and transfer the difference to my accout, If so you can send me the calculations of eMI per month for 12,00,000 for 5 years.

The above phone number is registered on some Firoz Khan's name based out of Delhi. With point #7 as above, I doubt they will ever get in touch with me. LoL.

hello. i got a call from bajaj finserv 3 months back, they told me they provide personal loan against a policy. and there would be 0% interest, i just have to pay the policy premium. they told me to take a policy of 50000 per year from HDFC and than they would process 30 lakh of loan on that, now its been 3 months i haven't received any money and nor they are cancelling the policy and returning me the money. there fraud is been done by BAJAJ FINSERV AND HDFC . I from day 1 i have all the call recordings and all the proofs, hence i am going to the cyber cell department of Pune and will launch a complaint. the girl calling me her name was SHRUTI calling from ********65 and the number is switched off now past 5 days.

I also got call today they said the are from bajaj finance and was saying they will provide 12lac loan with 0% interest . policy base loan. They told first send your documents adhar pan card then they will do cibil and after that once it approve . Then I have to give first installment of policy i.e 120000 and after that they will give you loan against policy which will 12lac. Please suggest is it possible? is it geniune?

I also got call today on 7.05.2018 they said the are from bajaj finance and was saying they will provide 20lac loan with 0% interest . policy base loan. They told first send your documents adhar pan card 3 month bank statement then they will do civil and after that once it approve . Then I have to give first installment of policy i.e 50000 and after that they will give you loan against policy which will 20lac. Please suggest is it possible? is it geniune?

Today, I got a call from Neha Mobile No. ********79 from Bajaj Finance. She asking me that bajaj finance offering 15 Lakh rs loan at 0% interest. To avail loan, I have to send documents on anil.bajaj@financier.com and deposit rs. 25,000 in Mr. Anil's account.

I got a call from bajaj Finserv lending delhi office offering personal loan of 20 lacs for 20 years at 2.5% interest against the term insurance policy for which i need to pay approx 42000 in advance. Call was initiated by Ms. Ria Verma (mobile no ********09) and Kanika Gupta (********77) handling now.Not sure if it's a genuine offer. This the same thing which has happened to me. the calls which we are getting, I checked on the internet the numbers which we are getting calls are registered to bajaj finance. this is a big Insurance policy scam. These Bajaj people don't even have the updated phone numbers of there branches on the internet.

Now, this issue has become very big, but still, these Bajaj people don't even damn care about this issue.
