I have participated in one of the contest of 100bestbuy.com, in which i have purchased (via netbanking, 13Mar2012, transaction no iconn/********/130313/payu.in) a phone in 699 Rs. 100best buy offered that they will refund full amount as credit points if i didn't win the contest.
A week later i tried to use my credit points to purchase a pen drive and found that i can only use 60% of the credit point (no where in terms and condition of the contest this was mentioned)
I still tried to use my credit points and paid extra money (via debit card) i waited for a week and no confirmation no email notification came for my order, even on website the information to track shipment has false information.
I called the customer care and registered a complaint (complaint no- 5262862 on 26th March 2013). Instead of sending my shipment they have converted the extra money i paid into credit points.
After that in following week i have emailed them several times and called again to customer care, but they never resolved the issue, they were asking to purchase again and use 60% credit points and pay the extra money again.

This is the first time i have seen an online shopping website doing such frauds with customers.
I demand a full refund of all the money i have paid to this website.
