Vodafone Delhi - Found forgery while selling Vodafone Post paid number +91-9953356515

I Abhay Kulshreshtha, currently owns Vodafone number +91-********15 from Last 6 years. There was not a single delay in payment throughout opting your services. But now I am fed up with the false and incorrect information which I have got from various Vodafone sources i.e Customer Care and Vodafone center (Indirapuram branch).

Concern : I wanted to have a free conversation on the other Vodafone number (+91-********15) which would be used in Kolkata with my current Vodafone number (+91-********15).

Background : I visited Vodafone center located on Indirapuram Kala Patthar branch on July First week in order to inquire about the above stated Concern. The person sitting there told me that " it is possible, please buy a number (+91-********15) On which i will activate the free roaming pack (to enable free incoming)and on your number (+91-********15) I will activate the another service which is family and friend service." I agreed on his point and he sold me this number with 250rs Deposit.
Then i got to know that other number does not have the free roaming incoming services. I talked to various customer care executives and they said that Vodafone indirapuram Center did not applied the right pack. Then i said please activate the right one.
But somehow it did not happened.

So I visited Vodafone center again and they said that the the Customer care may be do not have proper knowledge on it. Let me activate your plan .This time i took the reference number (as i was disguised multiple times.) : 24******** . and she said now it is activated. Please feel free to call on this number, there wont be any charges for you.

Now i have got the bill , i paid money to you with no reasons. Now only 750 rs or so is pending.
I am getting calls again and again from your side to do your pending payments, i have described this issue multiple times to you.

Summary : Why should pay this amount, which did not resolve my concern, and i am paying on behalf of your faults ; Now i am left with
a) Even after logging the complain they barred my number; Some Mayank : Ph No : ********38 , without even looking into the issue. I called on customer care they give his number and said that they can not do any thing , When i called him he did not even picked up the call :(, what a shame.
Unnecessary Rs 75-80 service (Friends and Family ) activated.
b) The amount which i have paid to you for buying this number (250 rs)
c) The bill payment done by me
c) Unnecessary number (+91-********15) and its rental.
d) Time loss while communicating to my problem to you again and again.

I really do want to close the number Vodafone number (+91-********15) asap and do not want to pay further to you.
Even i am thinking to move from Vodafone due to this unethical treatment towards the case.
Please do the needful.
