Respected Sir /Madam,
I am Vrijender. I took reservation from Kamakhya (KYQ) to Lokmanya tilak (LTT) on 12th Aug 2017. The train started at 1800 hrs and the next day on 13th Aug 2017,it reached NJP at 0700 hrs. By 1500 hrs it was informed to us by the station master that the train is cancelled and is returning back to Guwahati due to heavy flood in kishanganj area and thereby I was unable to reach my destination. So Sir, I request you to kindly refund my money.
