Nokia India - faulty nokia handset

have purchased nokia5130 two months back and soon after the phone had this stange problem of restarting in between a call in 2-3 minutes..initially it was few but later on on everycall it use to.
have given it to nokia centre in mira road then kept it for 2-3 days upgraded software and said now there is no problem..everything is fine ; i have insisted that if a faulty piece is given to customer..it needs to be replaced but service centre person said they do not have an authority to do this.

after this problem still persisit and i went to serivce cetnre 2 times..they said they will investigate again and otherwsise sdend to delhi office..they kept the phone for a week and askemd me to come and collect saying now everything is fine.


i am sick and tired of runnig arround and hte problem still persist..how long i can carry..my phone just doenst work..how do icpmlain to nokia drectly..

please help
