At new delhi Railway station at 9:00 - Azmier Gate entry


I happened to cross the station from paharganj side of the station to other side of the station using overhead bridge to go to nquire office at the other side. two of Station officers stopped just me on the bridge above platform 14- 15 [I think] - there was also security check point at that end. I think the people soped me are from that security screening point. They wanted to show me platform ticket or pay Rs250.00 fine. I insisted on talking to station master/manager ... but they threatened me to put in jail for 5 days etc. even visiting police officer S.F yadav [he will know other peoples names]& another railway police ... insisting on paying fine.

I am happy to pay the fine if I have done anything wrong. I havent been on to any platform. I just cross the bridge to go to inquiry office in the other side.

After few mins of threatening..... they let me go which shows me that I havnt broken the law. or if I have they shouldnt have let me go.

1. If anybody on the bridge needs platform ticket please make it obvious
2. Please ask security officers to make sure they do their job. nothing been checked at all altough both entries were maned but not doing any checking
