Indian Railways - Extremely Dissatisfied with bedding services provided to AC coach travellers

I was travelling from Nagpur to korba in Korba express on 8th Feb 2011 in AC coach. This train comes from Trivandrum, means i am boarding in between.

At first for more than 1.30 hrs no attendant came to provide me with bedding services. So I personally went to the attendant and asked him for bed set, he told me I dont have and where are you going. As I told him I am going till korba, he replied will give you.

Once he came, he provided me with only 2 bedsheets and the bedsheets where not the fresh one but used ones clearly visible in the pic I have uploaded. Then no pillow or rugs, I went again and asked for pillow, he said go and get pillow from any empty seat, I dont have one. This looks like those who travel in trains are going for free and have to compromise and live with it.

Even complained to TTE and when he told that guy he bought a pillow from somewhere..

If this is how service is going to be in Indian railways, why dont the charge less 50 Rs for people traveling from in between as they dont give proper bedding services.

As I saw bedsheets are rented to second class travellers. but not kept for the travelers of AC who would be entering train in coming stations.

Everyone knows that a list to provided to attendants on who is going from where and when he has to change the beds.. but no one cares...

I hope this complaint would work in some manner and authorised officers in Railways will look at it as a shameful act and work for improving the overall service of train passengers
