Dear sir,

Please stop giving the access for Tatkal booking option to interent users as it is not at all useful for booking. So many times i tried to book tickets but always i failed to book ticket. And please dont give any lame excuses such as there will be more users login that time so it happens.......... because many of my friends from north to south told me that they face the same problem.

So please take off the interent booking facility or else do it properly.
