Sir,
I have reserved my seat in 8102 Tata Moori on dated 20-09-09 in Tatkal Quota from Batala to Kanpur. the journey was satisfactory. But on return journey I have to catch train from Fathegarh to Delhi I reserved my seat in Tatkal sewa the booking clerk refused to book ticket from Fathegarh to Delhi instead he forced me to purchase ticket from originating station i.e. Kanpur to last station Bhiwani. Since it was my problem I have to listen to him & booked ticked vide PNR no 226-4441328 Ticket no ********. I get down at Delhi and reserved my further journey ticket to Amritsar vide PNR No. 852-3363247.
I want clarification weather orders regarding Tatkal sewa is implemented by Batala Station only why not by Fathegarh Station also refund me the excess payment made by be due to negligence of Booking clerk at Fathegarh.
