ERA Landmarks India Ltd - Era Landmarks responce to the right of information

Era landmarks as a developer has no regard for the law of the land, after almost a year and a half of listenning to their false promises and assurances when we drafted our grievances and asked the developer to answer in writting to resolve our concerns. Era, instead choose to use a barbaric way of arm twisting the customer by issuing letters of cancellation of our booking in the project.
Don't we have the right to information on the service being rendered by him to us, for a payment that we have been making to him?This callous way of Era has been the problem from the beginnnig. Instead of settling the issue it creates another one.
Well we see no respite coming out of any talks now and will have to finally knock at the doors of justice to seek redrassal.
