This is to bring to public domain that there are various project that the Builder has sold, wherein different customer associations have been formed and each are fighting for justice, against era's attitude to cheat the honest customers of its projects.
There are many deficencies that can be brought to record, so please take all necessary steps before investing in the property offered by any associate or channel partner of Era....Take all precautions....thanks.
Era, Sec 76 Project is good but builder is worse. Not fulfilling commitments made in agreement.
Not paying penalty (Rs. 7 psf) for delay in construction.
Built additional flats on green areas.
Flat floor plan changed without informing buyers.
In the name of enhanced EDC, asking double EDC from investors from what govt. demanded.
Customer care worse.
There is only lying from the builder, nothing else.
Have not delivered a single project since (2005) inception of the company.

the era company is totally unprofessional and they even dont respond to email and phone calls. The worst thing is that they charge unnessasary charges and dont give justification why those charges they put.
