Dear sir,
I had purchased one mobile crane Via ur auction site MSTC ecommerce on 2010
i had made the entire payment towards the said assest in the way of payorder the entire transaction was nearby Rs11,50,000/- after making the payment we were told to wait till the clearence of the said instrument we were also told to lift the material on the very second day we lifted the said machine & asked for the Registration documents we were told to come on the next day.on the very next day we went to the office to collect papers we were told that the vehicle documents are surendered to the R.T.O & u may considered as scrap.
We started sending serval notices letters to NewIndia Assurance co & to MSTC but only MSTC replied us stating that they were also not informed by New India Assurance Co
This Whole Transaction was done by New India Assurance Co,Moti Mahal Branch Curchgate(Mumbai)DM:Mr Kulkarni&mr Das
We have also beared a loss of 5 to 6 lakhs because of this whole episode,We are also not receving any type of reply from Mr Kulkarni of new india or from any of their colluge
