The main complaint I have about DTDC is poor customer care service.. Even the local branch office phone numbers are unattended..

You should atleast make a call on the mentioned number on courier if you did not find the door open.. how should I believe you? this shows that your guy never came to my house, and have just updated the status blindly.
and for what sake are the numbers provided, no one even bother to pick them up. ridiculous.

I am not sure how did you get this status, because the house was open, infact we were at home whole day.. no one came with courier.
Also no one on the earth is picking up your phone at Pimpri branch office (Phone: 020 - ********, 020 - ********
Mobile: ********78), it just rings till the end..
This is the second time I am facing this issue from DTDC.. I am really **** off with your service..

Hope you take this into consideration before we end up in consumer court.

B******** was the consignment number.. I received the docs at 4.30 evening time.. Till then the court time was already over..
I am more concern about the action that you will take against the local guy here.. Careless behavior shown by him, atleast he should pick up customer calls.. and inspite of telling him the courier is urgent it got delivered in evening.. It hardly takes 5 mins to reach my home from Pimpri or Kalewadi. If he was not sure he should have called me and I would have personally collected it.

Hi,
I am even not sure if this email will be entertained as your customer care service numbers it self are unanswered. Still its better for consumer court evidence.
My brother in law had couriered me some imp docs on Thursday 24jan that I was suppose to present in court today 28jan,and here I am still waiting for it. Ridiculous is what I can say. Inspite of calling and telling your local guy here in pimpri he is not able to deliver it in time. It just takes 5 mins to reach here from pimpri, it has been 5 hours since I called your office..

You tell me what should I do now. The local guy is not even picking up my call..

Never expected such careless behavior from dtdc like well known company
