I had a shipment (Consignment number: V14591473) from Ahmednagar, Maharashtra to Delhi booked on 22nd Oct with express services on premium rates, but today as on 25 Oct Pune office still not able to track the consignment where it is, I am following them since 3 days and they are just saying "sir give me 10 minutes I will call you myself but they dont call and I had to call them again after 2-3 hours and again same excuse, we know your shipment is important and we are working on it".

This is sheer irresponsible nature of DTDC what they call value, they themselves dont know where the shipment is, quite horrible and I would suggest not to book any item through DTDC, even local courier services are far more better than this so called international courier service, they even dont bother to call their customers if there is any delay.

I suggest DTDC to put more money in their staff and infrastructure instead of wasting money in making fake and costly advertisements.
