My family members booked a consignment from DTDC with Docket No. Z05923069 on 10 October, 2013 from HALDWANI (NAINITAL) for RAIGARH (CHHATTISGARH).
The consignment reached Raipur on 13 October, 2013. Since then there is no update on the site about the consignment. I have called the home branch, the Raipur branch and as well as the raigarh branch. No one knows the whereabouts of the package. Someone says it is returned to origin on 15 October, 2013 some says it is delivered, some are even saying it is sent to KHARSIA (CHHATTISGARH). Even DTDC people dont know where my package is. If it was returned to origin on 15 October, 2013 then it would have reached my home by now. Ask any DTDC office about my package and they dont know. Even the DTDC office RAIGARH where I visited personally dont know where my package is. They just know they have not delivered it.

That package does not contain any valuable item but there are feelings attached with that package (my bday present from my family) and DTDC had ruined it. My bday has passed and I have not yet received my present. Is this the way they treat the Packages of their customers???? So carelessness. There are even some people who dont even receive the call from me. I complained to them through mail also but they are not replying. i am frustrated. they are taking so much of money to deliver the products and then they are not delivering them. i dont know where my Package is??? Please help me. DTDC is not cooperating even 1%.
