I booked IInd class AC ticket in Kacheguda Express from Chennai Egmore to Kacheguda, but when I boarded the train it dropped me to Kakinada Port stating that the last destination is Kakinada, however it was clearly mentioned in the ticket that the source station is Chennai Egmore and the destination station is Kacheguda. And when I asked them to help me out of this situation their response was very cold and the railway attendants even asked for bribe telling me that you have boarded the wrong train. I was a total stranger at that place and had to suffer a lot to come back to Hyderabad. Kindly address this complaint as soon as possible. Below are the train details.
