Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation - Drainage leak into Residence- Action not taken by Cbe Corporation for 20days

Sir/Madam,

We live in the below address.
There is Drainage block that happened in the street and because of this all the drainage water comes into our living house. There are 4 families with Senior Citizens and small childrens living in this residence. We filed our first complaint to the Corporation Municipality about this on 16th Dec,2011 but no action has been taken yet by the department. I myself filed the complaint twice and my mom (65 years old) also filed complaint the subsequent week on this. Every time, we visit the municipality they say men will be sent in an hour for fixing it but no one turns out. Nowadays the Municipality Contractor - Santhappan is not letting my mom to sign the complaint and refuses us from registering the same. We even tried meeting the JE of the Municipality and he too behaves irresponsibly. The contractor Santhappan has gone to the limit of shouting at my mom also nowadays. Being hygienic is a very basic need of any human but we are repeatedly denied of this. There were even situation where the residents had frequent vomitting due to the drainage water and they are not even able to do the cooking/eating at home. We kindly file a complaint on the same so that this issue can be taken as Priority by the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation and resolved as soon as possible. Appreciate your time and help on this serious issue.
