Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation - Reserve site used as wasteage land

I am an ex Airforce person and presently living in No 4. Kumaran nagar, NSN palayam, Coimbatore. I bought a land and contructed a small house in above adress eight years back. there was a well behind my house, which was marked as a reserved site of that colony. Now that well is being used to through carbages by the residence of that area. It has become in hygienic and and highly stingy such that it become more difficult to live near houses. Kindly do some thing to maintain that area as reserve site to be used by the public.
