On 13th of May 2011 I visited the Rajkot Big Bazaar for shopping . After selecting Two shirts,Three pair of socks and a boxer. when i tried paying the the bill through SBI Debit card for an amount of Rs:1396/- , Representative of BIG Bazaar claimed that transaction couldn't be completed due to some problem. So, I paid my bill through cash and returned to my place in Rajasthan two days later. Surprisingly, in my online bank statement, they have billed me 1396/- against a claim from Big Bazaar through (POS 113309120465). When I spoke to the Bank customer care they asked me to log a complain against the merchant for unethical claim. I tried calling the Customer care on 18002002255, but failed to get response. i request you to look into this issue at the earliest and make the reversal of payment.
