I was travelling fom chennai to hyderabad by charminar express on 13oct 2013.details are pnr 4502152667 train no 12759 coach no a2 13,15.at around 1am in the night myself n my wife woke up because we could no longer bear the burning and itching caused by innumerable bed bugs on our seats.when we informed the attendent and tc they said this complaint has come several times but nothing has been done.on requesting a lot we were shifted to b3 berths 37,38.the similar incident happened with us exactly a year back in the same route. we lodged a complaint with a video too failing any respondsfrom southern railways.itd shameful n shocking that after paying a decent fare one has to suffer so much.shame on the department which takes care of these basic facilities.all I want is a complete refund of my train fare as after paying for 2 ac I had to suffer in the middle of night.if no response is given within 24 hrs I will have to report the same to higher ups.
The train No.17643 & 17644 - Circar Express nowadays running late all times. The train is stopping lot of times in the midway and running late. In my recent travel in this train on 5th June'14 from Chennai to Bhimavaram, the train reached 3:15 am (15mins late) to Vijayawada, but for the unknown reason, the train was halted till 4:30am and it reached the BVRT station by 7am instead of 5:51am. In the return journey, the train came to BVRT, the train came 10 mins late to BVRT, it covered it and reached BZA on time, but till 9:25pm the train is on the platform and reached Chennai late by 15 mins. This is only express train which halts at lot of stations and goes slow instead of fast even when it is "Express" status. Can the authorities look into this and make the train run smoothly and faster.
