I had brought Airtel DTH service in month of May 2010. At that particular point the scheme was to pay for 10 months and get 2 months free.
I eventually paid for 10. But its even not 10 months now and my connection has already been disconnected stating that my validity has expired. I have been trying to reach the customer care and the reply that i am getting is that your coplaint has been register it is in open status and we will get back to you.
I want to know why the customer has to suffer ? If the companies cant maintain their record why should the end user suffer.
I feel very disgusted and plan to file a written complaint to Consumer forum abouth the customer harrasements.
