100bestbuy.com - deliver wrong product and not change

My self is Umesh Bharti Goswami. I was order online 5 shirt pack of kutons on 04 dec 2013 to 100 best buy. I was pay online 1130 rs for the same. After many mails and call they deliver wrong product on 24 Dec 2013. No single shirt of kutons found in the packet. All shirts are used and local brands. I was sent back the product by courier on 28 Dec 2013. I was pay 430 rs as courier charge from my self. First they do not receive the product . I was sent back again but till date 2 feb 2014 i did not get any response fro the 100 best buy.
100 best buy is a fraud company.

I need my money with penalty.
