Airtel Digital TV - Delayed service

The Airtel Digital TV is not working for past one week and there is no engineer turned up from AirTel, but lot of assurances given by Airtel customer care, only if we contact through telephone.

Sir,

We have taken Airtel dish connection bearing id No. 3001549422, we are facing the problem of resolution when we switch from one channel to another, some times full blank no picture is seen.

This problem’s were address to your customer care 12150 many times and Every time I call they tell the concern department will take care in 24hrs and I never received call for days and days.

I am not sure what to do and to whom should I contact to get it resolved. We have been given only customer care contact no and I called them almost 8 times till now and spent arround 5 hours on call and taken 8 hours break from office. My time too much important since I am working in reputed organisation and delivering big projects. I need your help to know that who is going to bear this cost and how they are going to take care of my resolution.
