Indian Railways - Delay of train caused problem

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Greetings!!!

Im here to file complaint against delay of Indian Railway. My ticket was booked from Lucknow to Delhi in 3483 Farakka Express of dated 26 July 2010. It's scheduled arrival time in Lucknow is 7:30 pm. But it was delayed for 9 hours 30 minutes and came 4.45am of 27 July 2010.

It affected us very badly, we have booked ticket of it because we have to reach Delhi early morning. Because of delay we reached Delhi 3.45 pm in the eve.

Due to this, I was not able to attend my office on Tuesday. And I suffered both mentally nad physically.

There is no provision in Indian Railway that if a train is getting late then one should get seat in the other train. If a person need to go somewhere urgently and the train get delays then he/she have to suffer. There is no compansation from Indian Raliways.

I need compansation for it. Because i was not able to reach on my destination on time. It was a total fault of Indian Railways and we suffered due to this.

One more request to Indian Railway Ministry, that if you make your nation developed then make ur train on time.

I support this complaint.

Even our train got delayed by 10 hours. Can any one imagine a 10 hours delay. Dont know if at least one responsible head is there in indian railways. It is our fate.
